Biomass Diversion at Conveyor Outlet
Our biomass diversion system allows for the precise distribution of material flow between multiple lines or boilers, directly at the conveyor outlet. Equipped with a pivoting plate controlled by an electric actuator with a potentiometer, each module can divert a specific portion of the biomass according to production requirements.
Proportional Flow Management:
Each bypass can be individually adjusted to distribute the biomass proportionally.
Example: for 5 boilers, the first bypass can be set to 10%, the second to 20%, the third to 30%, and so on, ensuring that each boiler receives the same net volume of biomass. Multiple diversions can be added to feed an unlimited number of lines.
