Biomass Bypass B800 – High Capacity
The B800 Bypass is our high-capacity biomass diverting solution, designed to handle larger material flows directly from a conveyor. Equipped with a pivoting plate driven by an electric actuator with a potentiometer, it allows for the precise diversion of all or part of the biomass, even in large volumes.
Proportional flow management for multiple lines or boilers:
Each bypass can be individually adjusted to distribute the biomass evenly.
For example, for 5 boilers, the first module can be set to 10%, the second to 20%, the third to 30%, and so on, ensuring that each boiler receives the same net volume of biomass.
The increased capacity of the B800 allows for higher flow rates while maintaining precision and flexibility.
